Since this week we are members of “SibAcademInnovation”. That means we won a scientists and business community recognition of our products as a really innovative ones.

The association “SibAcademInnovation” was organized by the enterprises of Academgorodok with the support and assistance of the Siberian branch of RAS and Novosibirsk administration.

The association has given new opportunities for mutual assistance and profitable interaction between innovation business and the authority. With the Association framework joint projects are realized in such fields as instrument-making, biotechnology, laser techniques. A joint experimental-production base is being created and innovation consulting is being developed”. Laboratories of the Nobel Prize winners, world science centers, and even industrial corporations are working with «SibAcademInnovation» successfully. Due to great potential and technological advantages (unique equipment for making and testing products) of specialists who work in Akademgorodok there are big opportunities to achieve better results cooperating together in different fields like instrument-making, biotechnology and medicine, information science, laser and fiber-optic systems, artificial crystals, mineral dressing technologies and many others.

Supplementary information about the SB of RAS and Akademgorodok

Akademgorodok is a center of science located nearby Novosibirsk city. It’s a place where innovations meet perfection and recognition. Many Institutes of Siberian branch of Russian Academy of Science (the SB of RAS was founded in 1957 by the initiative of academicians Lavrentyev M.A., Sobolev S.L., Khristianovich S.A) are situated in Akademgorodok area. The SB of RAS is a regional union of research, experimental-design, and production enterprises of RAS.

Scientific centers of the SB of RAS are in Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Yakutsk, Ulan-Ude, Kemerovo, Tyumen, Omsk. Some institutes work in Barnaul, Chita, Kyzyl. About the half of the Branch potential is in Novosibirsk scientific center.
