SunFlower Ink Factory is two years on 20th June.

Summarizing the work of the Factory up we can definitely say — there is an intensive development and widening of factory productive capacity. There were achieved considerable results during the last year.

Up to 40 tons per month. Technological aspect:

• The new cooling plant was started up (300 liters of water cool within 15 minutes up to +7 °C), that allowed decrease production cycle in 3 times. This plant works at closed loop that excludes detrimental impurities emission into sewerage system. Moreover, there is a considerable saving of water recourses.
• The usage capacities of 1,5 cubic meter for batch (we used 0,5 m³ — 500 liters before) increased output in 3 times.
• The amount filter units sack type was increased to 4 (CMYK) — to increase production process.
• We set additional filters for every filter system, the pigment grind now is 0:22 micrometer. This increased the quality of inks and made them safer for printheads.
• We bought new equipment for filling that widens the production line.
• We established round-the-clock production for reducing the period of time needed for manufacturing of every consignment.
• The line for ink utilization is in the process of development.
• We opened the second research laboratory for creation and development new types of ink. the equipment for this laboratory is in the process of starting up. the staff of chemists — developers is 7 people.

The latest elaborations and perspectives:

• We developed the inks based on nano technologies.
• The formula for water-based inks for SOHO printers (office — domestic) was created. the stage of final color correction is in the process.
• Textile and eco-solvent inks are in the process of testing.

The factory chemists constantly work on increasing safety of all SunFlower inks to make them more ecological. There is an intensive work on improving the properties of UV inks and on developing universal UV-inks.

The production capacity of SUN — Ink SunFlower Plant — "Sobolek" LLC occupied the second place in regional stage of competition "Zolotoi Merkuriy" in the nomination the best enterprise-exporter in the field of international innovation collaboration

The amount of conversions into SunFlower Inks is constantly growing. 560 printers work with our inks all over the world at this moment. Last conversions were 7 printers of WIT Color Ultra 3312, HP Scitex. Our inks are used in Romania, Indonesia, Czech Republic, Canada, France and Australia, Philippines.

We confirmed the opportunities of our inks, carried out the express test of performance attributes of UV inks in GOU VPO Kemerovo State University.

We are planning to extend and develop the speed and volume of production, as well as assortment.
