SUN has own chemical laboratory and R&D department for electronics. Presence of these departments creates possibilities for developing LED technology. Success of this technology shows potential of our company in developing innovations.
We are able to create UV-curable substances and LED based curing systems for your goals.
Chemical laboratory develops substances for different goals in UV curing applications:
- Ink for Inkjet printing and paint. We have developed ink for XAAR, Konica Minolta and Spectra print heads. Cyan, magenta, yellow, black, light cyan, light magenta, orange, green and white colors are available.
- Varnishes and other covers. We have developed varnish for protective coating printed images. Varnish provides protection from sun light and increase life of image.
Our chemists have possibilities to develop UV-curable ink, paint, varnishes and other covers with determined characteristics like color, viscosity, surface tension, susceptibility with UV light and more other.
R&D department for electronics develops UV sources based on LED and attendant equipment. Next key features of existing UV LED unit can be modified:
- LED array dimensions and therefore illuminate area
- Body design and color
- Fixture kit
- Control interface and power supply interface.
Our developers are able to create LED curing systems for your goals with special configuration and control system, adapt it for existing equipment.
