SUN has own factory and service centre along with chemical laboratory for inks and own R&D department for electronics.
Now we are pleased to represent the innovation - use light emitting diodes for curing the ink in the UV-printing. This technology is found on the UV LED units and SunFlower inks. Combination of these components created in our laboratories provides excellent print result and makes a printer practical, compact, reliable and and cheap at service.
UV LED curing technology is approved by Nicholas Hellmuth in the FLAAR reports, Dan Marx (vice president of Markets & Technologies SGIA) in the RadTech Report and our customers in Russia, Australia and France. This demonstrates possibilities of our company in creating new technologies.
Itself UV LED unit can be used in wide range of tasks from medical to industrial. UV LED unit makes high optical output power light with spectrum concentrated in single band with lower dispersion. This feature enables higher efficiency and drastically low power consumption. Design of the unit provides long trouble-free life.
SUN is opened for partners who develop, supply, service and use equipment based on the UV curing systems.
